George avance nue vers Narbonne en boitant sur sa piqûre d’abeille. A l’entrée de la ville, elle rencontre Achille Babylone, un clochard mendiant blues-man dionysiaque. Il lui file ses fringues sans sourciller prétextant qu’elle en aura certainement plus besoin que lui. Elle arrive en ville avec des vêtements trop grands. Elle espère s’y sentir bien et trouver du réconfort. Mais toute la conscience qu’elle a accumulé sur cette aventure est déjà trop ancrée, elle ne voit que la misère et l’injustice du monde. Elle n’apprécie même pas vraiment son kebab, et ça lui a fait bizarre que le tenancier l’appelle « chef ». Dans la rue, elle entend du grabuge, elle s’approche. Elle voit une escouade d’élite de la Police Municipale qui est en train de chercher des noises à Achille Babylone sous prétexte qu’il est à poil. Elle s’approche et tente de faire la médiatrice. LORSQUE SOUDAIN, LES CHOSES S’ENVENIMENT AVEC LA MARÉCHAUSSÉE. Résistance, outrage, ACAB. Heureusement Achille a beaucoup d’ami.e.s. Et il y a aussi plein de gens qui ne connaissent pas vraiment Achille mais qu’en ont gros sur la patate. L’émeute commence. Tout le monde est content.

VIII.REVENGE IN NARBONNE

Limping on her bee sting and naked, George kept moving towards Narbonne. At the edge of the city, she met Achille Babylone, a Dionysian blues-man busker. He willingly gave her his clothes because she would need them more than him. So she arrived in the city wearing clothes that were too big for her. She was hoping to feel safe and find some comfort. She heard some scrap coming from the street and saw a Metropolitan Police squad picking a fight with Achille Babylone all because he was naked. She got closer and attempted to calm them down.

Suddenly things escalated with the constabulary.
Resistance. Verbal assault. ACAB.

Fortunately, Achille had many friends and there were also people who didn’t really know him but who held a grudge. A riot kicked off.
Everyone was happy.
